Time for an update...

I s'pose I should update this bloggie thingy....as funny as the "Pitch your Tent" guy is, I'll give all you dedicated readers something else to look at. (Seriously, if you haven't watched it yet - do it! I laugh every time!)

Spring is OFFICIALLY here. And this I know because it has been warm enough to leave our plants outside while we'll at work during the day. Since we are NOT pet people, I consider our plants to be part of the family. (laugh if you will, I'm not ashamed). I keep telling Mike that I'm pretty sure they are growing taller since they've been outside. He doesn't think that's the case, but being the dutiful husband he is, he humors me. I'm also pretty sure they are greener as well. (hence the font color - I'm celebrating the enhanced greenness of my leafy little friends)

I haven't updated on Charity for awhile...she's doing really good! She started her new round of chemo, and it makes her super tired but so far she's feeling good! Her hair has even started to come back! :-) She had beautiful hair before the radiation, so I'm sure she's ready for it to be back on her head. The last time they checked, there were no new tumors and the ones that were there had not grown, so that's good! :-) Keep praying for her...she's been so strong during this. Not once acting bitter or angry...she is most definitely the strongest woman I know. If you have prayed for her, please let her know! www.carepages.com and her carepages name is "CharityHopes08".

Well I have an hour to watch tv before the basketball game starts and Mikey takes control of the television (which I'm not happy about...."Jon and Kate plus 8" is on tonight!) Happy spring!
